Whats covered?
Pipes
We will warranty all irrigation pipes within the system downstream of the back-flow assembly.
Valves
Master valves and all zone valves are covered.
Heads & Nozzles
All heads and nozzles that we install will be covered for life.
Whats not covered?
Impact damage
Any type of impact such as but not limited to autos, aeration, shovel or digging, landscaping, hardscaping, tree roots, concrete and more.
Out of our control
Water bill, Controller programs, damaged wiring, broken valve lids, landscape, improper operation, any pipes or wires above ground, original design, etc.
Covered by other
Damage that is or will be covered by another insurance or warranty. Lightning strikes would be an example of this damage.

For as little as one dollar per day BWC Irrigation will maintain and warranty your irrigation system for normal use . Annual Irrigation Maintenance is designed to help cover the rising cost of maintaining your landscape irrigation system. Best Water Concepts llc has designed an annual maintenance program that not only provides an annual wet check but we go beyond that. We also provide additional pre-maintenance for years of worry free watering as well as a limited lifetime warranty on all pipes, heads, nozzles and valves. We will change out one zone of head and nozzles each year rotating through each zone every year after. As we replace the worn heads and nozzles with new efficient ones we will warranty those with a limited lifetime warranty. Our A.I.M. program has limited availability.
